Job Description:

The Consent Agreement Program Manager is responsible for proactively managing FLIR's performance to milestones under the Consent Agreement (CA) with the U.S. Department of State.

  • Provide visibility of CA deadlines to Global Trade Compliance (GTC) Leadership Team to drive on-time performance for all aspects of the CA

  • Coordinate required activities across functional areas at FLIR

  • Lead GTC planning activities; manage status and tracking tools; publish weekly status reports

  • Lead Business Units (BU) on-time performance to GTC requirements

  • Develop and provide reports to ensure BU meet GTC requirements on time

  • Schedule GTC communication meetings internally and with the Special Compliance Officer (SCO) and the U.S. Government (USG)

  • Draft official correspondence to the SCO and USG as required

  • Assist in the development of third-party audit protocols

  • Write reports and prepare briefings and slides related to CA activities

  • Attend GTC leadership team meetings

  • Maintain records of all CA related reports, correspondence, activities in a central GTC SharePoint site

  • Draft and release communications regarding CA projects

  • Work with BU to plan meetings, develop agendas and inform stakeholders for all GTC, SCO and USG visits

  • Support development of exception management tools and performance metrics for CA performance

Requirements:

  • University degree plus minimum 5-8 years of program management experience, preferably in High Technology, Defense or Aerospace environment.

  • Ability to effectively work across corporate functions to achieve results

  • Able to identify and inform key stakeholders and lead by influence

  • Capable of staying organized in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong analytical and writing skills

  • Expertise with Microsoft Office Tools SharePoint, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Previous experience creating and managing databases

  • Previous experience under Consent Agreement a plus

  • Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement or similar skills desired
