We're seeking a future team member for the role of Business Sourcing Lead and Vendor Execution Manager to join our Growth Ventures Business Management and Execution Team. This role will report to the Growth Ventures COO.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Business Sourcing Lead (TPG LOB lead) for Growth Ventures; responsible for successful completion of all TPG deliverables, deadlines, and milestones across Growth Ventures portfolio.

  • Responsible for steering the teams through contract processes to PO generation and vendor payment; helping oversee all contracting activity and execution. Serve as point person on all vendor and contract related activities for Growth Ventures business, overseeing engagement from beginning to end.

  • Project manage the migration from legacy systems to Bank systems, including setting up and managing working groups, project plans, and execution of migration etc. Help migrate applicable vendors and engagements from Data & Analytics business to Technology Infrastructure group.

  • Help report on contract spend, savings, identify efficiencies and consolidation opportunities.

  • Support and partner with COO and Business Management team on any identified projects, as necessary.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Individual should have at least 10+ years of experience in procurement, BSL/TPG, other business management and execution roles
