Job Description
The Job…
Create and optimize welcome/onboarding programs and support for merchant adoption, as well as reactivation programs to reengage partners that have stopped utilizing Snap's products.
Identify, create and maintain engagement, retention and loyalty programs, including merchant communications such as monthly newsletters, seasonal outreach, and event communications.
Work with the Lifecycle Marketing team to map journeys for relevant personas during various stages of the existing partner lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with the large market partner team to craft an encompassing marketing strategy and implement diverse marketing initiatives across numerous channels.
Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns aimed at individual franchisee stores to drive merchant agreements at the store level.
Orchestrate B2B campaigns to increase engagement with existing merchants
Develop B2C content to support merchant partners in increasing consumer transactions through Snap financing solutions.
Partner with brand marketing to create content supporting engagement and retention, and disseminate to partners through various communications channels.
Conduct A/B testing to create data-driven strategies for hitting key metrics.
Measure the impact of marketing activities on partner growth, retention, and advocacy, and communicate these impacts within the organization.
Take diverse and complex sets of data from merchant partners, customers, and internal teams to uncover unmet marketing needs.

5+ years of relevant work experience in marketing.
Experience working in B2B payment products/digital finance industry experience is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in a related field of study, or equivalent years of experience.
High attention to detail, strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, resourceful, proactive, positive, strong follow-through, strategic mindset, team player, and highly professional.
Strong "get stuff done" mindset and self-driven professional.
Excited and motivated to work in a fast-paced, fun environment.
