About Growth Team

The Guest Growth team will make it easier for people to find and book the perfect vacation home. They're responsible for increasing top of funnel traffic, improving marketing efficiency, and driving customers to instantly book homes or contact our sales team for additional information. They'll test different products and merchandising tactics to better understand what inspires and ultimately drives our guests to book vacations.

About the Role

You'll be the sole Product Manager leading a direct team of engineers, designers, researchers, and data scientists. In addition to your direct team, you'll collaborate with various cross functional partners to accelerate the business. You'll partner with our performance marketing team to improve our marketing efficenciency, and SEO team to drive organic traffic. You'll work with our sales and operations teams in Montreal to ensure a healthy balance of conversion wins and customer quality. Each improvement you make increases the amount of people that contact our sales team in Montreal. You'll manage a roadmap, sprints, and drive your team towards results. You'll be running simultaneous experiments across various parts of our digital experience, actively reporting on your progress and sharing results with the broader organization. You'll pass along the wins, own the misses, and most importantly, learn along the way.


  • Establish vision for a product team. Challenge the status quo and inspire people toward a unified outcome.

  • Develop the product roadmap and build consensus on prioritization which drives product execution.

  • Create clear goals for the team. Efficiently execute to ship product and deliver impact for our business and guests.

  • Understand guests' needs; identify and define product requirements.

  • Lead the ideation, research, design, development and launch of people-centric products.

  • Define and analyze metrics that inform product success & health. Share your results and learnings along the way.

  • Lead large, cross-functional groups of people. Communicate concisely and influence outcomes.


  • 7+ years of growth product management experience (travel industry experience not required but strongly preferred).

  • Possess a growth mindset: Live and breathe experimentation, data analysis, and ruthlessly prioritize for impact.

  • Demonstrated track record of product leadership. Ability to lead and influence teams towards a measured outcome you clearly describe.

  • Creative problem solver. Able to identify real obstacles and viable solutions.

  • Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience.

  • Radical thinking paired with strong execution. Can envision a world different than the status quo with the ability to articulate a clear path to get there.

  • Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For As Growth Product Manager, you are responsible for testing and optimizing the digital experience to drive our customer growth objectives. You'll focus on analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to define requirements for building a best-in-class e-commerce and subscription experience through our Shopify platform. You'll manage all major customer conversion flows through the site and capture the right data to measure success. You'll define a roadmap and lead a team of engineers, product designers, data analysts, and performance marketers in continuously prioritizing and executing against highest-impact features. You'll act as an advocate for our customers, understanding the interplay of back-end and front-end integrations in building a delightful customer experience. Responsibilities: * Analyze quantitative data, user feedback, and market intelligence in order to deeply understand our customer and identify opportunities for business growth * Develop a roadmap and build consensus on prioritization in order to lead a team of engineers and data analysts through a 2-week agile sprint planning process * Partner with product designers to create high-fidelity visuals, prototypes, and specifications that are actionable for developers * Become the SME for marketing analytics and automation, working with performance marketers to develop technical requirements for enabling programmatic advertising, demand generation, and CRM at scale * Build an experimentation program and run A/B tests that iteratively improve our e-commerce and subscription conversion funnels You * Have 3+ years of related experience working with technical teams (product management, product marketing, and/or product analytics preferred) * Have prior experience or are interested in working with marketing analytics and marketing technology stacks * Know that startups are a team sport. You listen to others, speak your mind, and ask the right questions. You are a great collaborator. * Are curious and not afraid to deep dive on analytics - SQL proficiency is a plus! * Have strong written communication and presentation skills * Are resourceful.
