Premise is growing! We're hiring a Growth Operations Analyst/Specialist in San Francisco, CA, to infuse our team with drive, technical and intellectual horsepower, and diverse perspectives.

Premise is a worldwide network and predictive analytics platform that measures ground truth. Cloud-hosted for global scalability, Premise helps stakeholders make smarter decisions by employing local, on-the-ground contributors to observe and collect real-time data. Premise's uniquely responsive solution also converts data into predictive analytics and instantly actionable insights. Premise is seeking a Growth Analyst to manage its projects across its Global Security and Humanitarian Relief vertical.

What you get to do:

  • Own operations of multiple projects around the globe to satisfy a diverse range of client's data needs within the realm of Global Security and Humanitarian Relief.

  • Build and maintain networks of engaged contributors across the globe by bringing the Premise product to market

  • Deploy frontline communication with our network of users on a daily basis to understand their issues and concerns

  • Represent the voice of the user to our Product and Engineering teams

  • Determine and implement hyper localized tactics to engage and retain users

  • Implement high data quality standards across the network

  • Consume data from dashboards to measure and evaluate network health and make data-driven operational decisions

Your background likely includes:

  • BA/BS in Business, Economics, Political Science, or a related field

  • Proven examples of owning operations and driving success in ambiguous settings

  • Excellent communication skills (both for technical and non technical audiences)

  • Dogged work ethic

  • Simple data analysis experience (Excel-level)

  • Passion for creating greater transparency in the world, particularly in developing economies

  • Passion for spreading mobile technology to large numbers of new users

  • Relentless drive to listen, learn and improve and the world around you

  • Eagerness to embrace a wide spectrum of responsibilities and projects

  • Belief that no task is below you if it's important to achieving success

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working in Global Security or Humanitarian Relief

  • Fluency in a non-English language

  • Experience using SQL

  • You excel in ambiguity and are confident in diving deep
