Premise is growing! We're hiring a Growth Operations Analyst/Specialist in San Francisco, CA, to infuse our team with drive, technical and intellectual horsepower, and diverse perspectives.

Premise is seeking a Growth Analyst to manage its projects across its Global Security and Humanitarian Relief vertical.

What you get to do:

  • Own operations of multiple projects around the globe to satisfy a diverse range of client's data needs within the realm of Global Security and Humanitarian Relief.

  • Build and maintain networks of engaged contributors across the globe by bringing the Premise product to market

  • Deploy frontline communication with our network of users on a daily basis to understand their issues and concerns

  • Represent the voice of the user to our Product and Engineering teams

  • Determine and implement hyper localized tactics to engage and retain users

  • Implement high data quality standards across the network

  • Consume data from dashboards to measure and evaluate network health and make data-driven operational decisions

Your background likely includes:

  • BA/BS in Business, Economics, Political Science, or a related field

  • Proven examples of owning operations and driving success in ambiguous settings

  • Excellent communication skills (both for technical and non technical audiences)

  • Dogged work ethic

  • Simple data analysis experience (Excel-level)

  • Passion for creating greater transparency in the world, particularly in developing economies

  • Passion for spreading mobile technology to large numbers of new users

  • Relentless drive to listen, learn and improve and the world around you

  • Eagerness to embrace a wide spectrum of responsibilities and projects

  • Belief that no task is below you if it's important to achieving success

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working in Global Security or Humanitarian Relief

  • Fluency in a non-English language

  • Experience using SQL

  • You excel in ambiguity and are confident in diving deep

VIEW JOBS 11/13/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-02-11T00:00 Sponsorship Operations Analyst Location: San Francisco, CA Duration: 13-14 months Description: The Sponsorship Operations Analyst will support the operational tasks and execution requirements of the sponsorship team. The successful candidate will work with internal and external teams to create and scale processes that remove partner obstacles and ensure flawless execution of sponsorship operations. This role is responsible for contract processing, invoicing, client reporting, sponsor branding guideline supervision, Partner Success alias ownership, distribution list management, program and sales support as needed as well as other tasks. In order to be successful, one must have passion and expertise in operations and project management. The Sponsorship Operations Analyst must be an exceptional communicator (verbal and written), detail-obsessed, resourceful on a daily basis and a rock star at managing through constantly changing priorities. This role is on a team that is dedicated to sponsor success, is fast-paced, and entrepreneurial in a sometimes-challenging environment. Responsibilities: * Support the execution of sponsorships and related operations for the client sponsorship team * Ensure timely and accurate creation and delivery of sponsorship invoices, credit memos and payments * Generate client reports as needed and monitor dashboards daily for accuracy * Manage inbound branding approval processes to ensure sponsors meet appropriate guidelines * Own Partner Success alias and distribution of emails to appropriate sponsorship team members * Create content and host weekly sponsor webinars for client corporate events * Update distribution lists ongoing and consolidate past lists * Provide program and sales support as needed for client corporate events * Own execution and sales of client regional corporate events * Own execution of sponsorship team events and activities * Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders Required Skills / Experience: * Highly motivated individual with energy, enthusiasm, and passion for the client business and ecosystem * Ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly in a fast paced and dynamic environment * Strong team work is a must, the team dynamic is non-negotiable * Fast and creative problem-solving abilities for both quick fixes and areas where larger strategic solutions are needed * Proficiency with client CRM, most specifically Sales Cloud * 2 to 3 years' experience in the high-tech industry (preferably enterprise CRM) in the following areas: Marketing, Operations, Alliances, Sponsorships and/or Events * B.A. / B.S. in Business, Marketing, Communications or related experience Iconma, L.L.C.
