StockTwits is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to run customer acquisition campaigns across online and mobile marketing channels. This requires the set-up, optimization, and analysis of multiple campaigns on a daily basis.

Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will own campaign strategy and define the best ways to target new customers. You are an ideal candidate if you are data-driven, team oriented, and have 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on user acquisition. A strong understanding of marketing technology (tracking, attribution, retargeting, etc.) is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Create marketing campaigns for lead acquisition, brand awareness, customer growth, and customer retention.

  • Effectively use marketing automation tools to increase the scale of demand generation programs.

  • Manage and monitor the customer acquisition funnel.

  • Constantly test and build new approaches to customer acquisition and customer journeys.

  • Management of PPC and SEM on Google Ads and Facebook.

  • Implement control groups and A/B testing to strengthen lead building and customer acquisition.

  • Team player able to work with the marketing and sales team to assist with company goals and directives.

  • Use of historical data to analyze and strength overall marketing/advertising strategies.

  • Present reports and forecasts to senior management to create stronger marketing tools/assets for greater success.

Job Requirements

  • BA/BSc degree highly recommended.

  • 3 years+ of demand generation experience with the development and execution of demand generation campaigns.

  • Proven experience in a wide variety of inbound/outbound marketing disciplines, including social media (i.e. Facebook, LinkedIn), paid and organic search, advertising, retargeting, direct and event marketing.

  • Expert in marketing automation, demand generation, lead nurturing and execution.

  • Experience managing budgets and process.

  • Expert at understanding user acquisition and lead generation technology.

  • Strong experience in email marketing, website marketing, SEO, PPC, retargeting, social marketing and direct mail.

  • Effective experience managing lead nurturing, list management, segmentation, and targeting.

  • Analytical skills with the ability to assess and extract meaning from data and use this to optimize team actions and provide clarity for company forecasts.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.

  • Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to think strategically and execute strategic action.

Experience initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance. Experience analyzing, interpreting, and leveraging data to make business decisions.
