Compensation: Budgeted between $84,750 - $126,000 dependent upon experience
Responsibilities:
Strategize, plan, execute, and measure multi-channel campaigns and initiatives aligned with business goals to generate awareness, expand the database, move prospects through the funnel, and acquire new clients using a combination of digital advertising, direct marketing, account-based marketing, social, email, and webinar tactics.
Own and execute the webinar program to support broader quarterly campaigns, including topic selection, speaker coordination, promotion, moderation, lead follow up plan, and reporting post-webinar.
Own the account-based marketing program including tactics, metrics, and tools with the goal of expanding the program and generating ROI.
In partnership with creative services & content, craft audience-centric messaging and materials that effectively communicate the company's value proposition (leveraging impactful SalesLoft/Outreach emails).
Track and analyze marketing metrics on a weekly basis (responses, leads, MQLs, opportunities, and ROI) to monitor the effectiveness of initiatives, report on KPIs, and provide recommendations for optimization and spend.
Collaborate with sales to ensure messaging is understood/consistent across channels, content is on target with objectives, and sales and business development teams are enabled for maximum results.
Work closely with the broader marketing team to align efforts and ensure programs are integrated, operationally feasible, timely, and accurate.
Develop and monitor budgets to keep expenses within established boundaries.
Maintain a detailed campaign plan on a quarterly basis, incorporating clear actions/timelines/goals.
Stay educated on the latest marketing trends, strategies, and technologies.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years successfully designing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging digital advertising, email, social, webinar, and/or direct mail.
Experience owning a pipeline target and a proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue.
Demonstrated understanding of buyer personas and account segmentation, and mastery in crafting messages to appeal to buyers at each stage of the buyer's journey.
Proven ability to create and maintain partnerships cross-functionally to achieve business goals.
Track record of working both independently and in collaboration with others, while thriving in a fast-paced, complex, multi-functional team environment.
Demonstrated ability to evaluate campaign performance and make optimizations or recommendations based on results.
Previous experience in SaaS.
