The Role

Hone is looking for a Growth Manager to scale our paid marketing efforts by driving the strategy and execution of the latest trends and identifying untapped opportunities across channels. You must thrive in a fast paced environment that requires excelling in an unstructured environment and thinking outside the box. The ideal candidate will not be afraid to get their hands dirty in Facebooks ads manager, manage our relationship with vendero and agencies, as well as working closely with content, design and CX team to optimize user journey through the acquisition flow.

Responsibilities

  • Own the execution of our paid campaigns across channels with a focus on growth, CAC and ROAS.
  • Manage the day to day performance of Facebook campaigns including campaign launching and optimization, creative testing and reporting and landing page optimization.
  • Partner with external agencies and consultants to scale other paid channels including but not limited to SEM, Youtube, TV etc.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to drive the creative testing strategy, build new landing pages customized for paid and improve conversation rates.
  • Analyze media performance frequently and develop strategic insights to drive marketing and budgeting decisions.
  • Build KPI reports to identify channel and audience specific trends, efficiencies and pockets of opportunities that will allow us to scale while improving CACs.
  • Keep up with the latest trends of Facebook Business Manager, Snapchat other paid social channels to optimize campaigns and think of new levers to pull.
  • Potential: Develop site, email, push, and in-app marketing strategies to decrease churn, increase LTV, and launch our new subscription/membership model.

You should have:

  • 2+ years experience in performance marketing, preferable at a startup, managing paid campaigns focusing on scale and cost efficiency.
  • Experience in managing $300k+ monthly paid budgets across channels.
  • In depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Adwords (other social platforms a plus).
  • Experience or interest in learning how to drive growth across other marketing channels including but not limited to: Youtube, TV, Podcast etc.
  • Ability to analyze large sets of data to drive clear and thoughtful insights of customer acquisition.
  • Familiarity building and optimizing landing pages through their party tools such as Instapage is a plus.
  • Thorough understanding of user acquisition funnels and metrics associated with each part of the journey.
  • Excellent communication skills and success in working with cross functional teams.
  • Customer-centric you understand our customer, from data analysis to market research to customer testing, and are their biggest advocate.
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment with high autonomy.
  • Be a strong voice on the team for all marketing-related discussions, meetings, and brainstorms including changes to the business, strategy, product, and brand.
