The Growth Marketing Manager - CRO will report to the Director of Digital Marketing and be responsible for improving conversion rates across all marketing channels. This role will work very closely with Product and Creative to develop and drive conversion rate testing and strategy. Successful candidates have a strong understanding of necessary tools for rapid testing, tracking and measuring growth initiatives. We are looking for an inquisitive individual with strong problem-solving skills and is driven by performance KPIs.
Create a vision and strategy for new customer pathways to conversion, including new landing pages and coordinating with channel managers on optimized flows for various traffic sources
Analyze metrics for the full customer journey, from ad exposure to landing experience to sign up
Elevate landing page, site and funnel experiences by identifying trends, customer insights, opportunities to scale customized experiences, and new areas to test
Be a champion for conversion rate optimization experiments by working with product and user acquisition to get initiatives prioritized and executed.
Develop and improve the process for testing page design and messaging, including maintaining a full testing pipeline, prioritizing tests, and balancing test risk with potential impact
Extensive hands-on landing page, site, and full funnel optimization experience and a desire to build a CRO program from the ground up
Deep understanding of consumer behavior and generating consumer insights through data analysis to apply to CRO
Detail oriented, has deep understanding of testing best practices, and able to document and share learnings
Creative thinker and adept at solving complex problems
Able to think outside of the box with copywriters, channel manager, designers, developers
Strong communication skills that will drive strong relationships with teams to accomplish results and experience working with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and IT
Desire to not just complete a test but to understand the "why" behind the results and develop insights to inform ongoing strategy
Able to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans
Experience with AEM and Test and Target a plus
