As Growth Marketing Manager, you will be accountable for driving long-term growth, short-term experimentation and in-quarter results in acquisition, retention and winback for the Consumer, Small Business and Education segments of the $5B Creative Cloud business. You'll help build and operate a scalable, predictable and repeatable growth process and be part of a growth team with accountability for marketing channels including email, in-product surfaces, and push notifications. In addition, you will contribute to broader cross-functional campaigns and experiments in collaboration with the Go To Market, Paid Media, Web and Lifecycle Marketing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business goals and opportunities into quarterly and annual growth marketing plans, with the ability to self-manage your performance versus targets

  • Drive high-velocity experimentation and automation output, while sustaining and optimizing batch and blast campaigns that support promotions, launches, seasonal campaigns and evergreen nurture/conversion

  • Be a subject matter expert in your funnel, customer motivations/blockers and the value proposition of our products through partnership with analysts, researchers and cross-functional partners

  • Work with creative and production agencies on execution and deployment of multiple projects per week

  • Harness technology for programmatic personalization at scale, utilizing APIs, machine-learning models and behavioral data to improve customer relevancy and revenue impact

  • Contribute to weekly, monthly and quarterly reports that quantify impact, identify trends, and encapsulate key initiatives, partnering with analytics team on dashboards, ad-hoc analysis, and deep dives

  • Iterate on and implement test winners worldwide, working with regional partners on localization and roll out

  • Collaborate with peers on cross-funnel or cross-channel opportunities and provide insights that fuel growth across the entire business

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree with 5+ years experience in marketing, B2C or SaaS experience preferred

  • 2+ years growth marketing or testing and optimization experience

  • Customer-centric strategic mindset

  • Rigorous and repeatable prioritization framework that ensures business impact at scale

  • Ability to navigate a matrixed organization and represent team with integrity and self-sufficiency

  • Experience in email or performance marketing with a preference for growth marketing expertise

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Ability to learn new technologies, products, or systems quickly

  • Robust analytical skills - the ability to digest large amounts of data, identify trends and pursue the right questions to take action

  • Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced, growth environment

  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight

  • Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills with an impeccable eye for detail

The ideal candidate will have a blend of strategic communications and marketing backgrounds and experience collaborating with both technical and creative teams. This candidate will have a sharp understanding of email marketing, social, and in product marketing and be able to triage and create connections strategies within the right channels. He/She will bring a tremendous passion for Wish's mission, empathy and understanding of our community and a go-getter approach. This role will bring together traditional product & growth marketing skills to promote trust and buyer acquisition; ultimately enabling stronger community connections, with a primary focus in the B2B realm. What you'll do... * Act as primary driver for Wish's B2B marketing/advertising and sales functions as well as Comms. Candidates should have a strong attention to detail, be execution oriented, thrive in fast-paced, high-intensity environments, have strong business acumen, superior verbal, analytical and writing skills, and should be enthusiastic, well organized and team focused. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a good sense of humor are essential. * Own positioning and launch communications campaigns for new features, products and corporate/community updates. * Establish marketing/engagement goals for key announcements and campaigns. Develop KPI and measurement frameworks. * Develop email campaigns and write strategic communications. * Working in partnership with data scientists, identify the key audiences and segments to focus on, and build plans that support these goals. * Work in partnership with channel owners (Community Center, blog, social, CX, email) to define editorial approach and messaging, then manage campaign-related feedback to the business to inform decision-making and future comms. * Develop proactive and reactive growth plans and manage cross functional channel owners. * Responsible for reporting out on key reach and engagement metrics as well as relevant business metrics.
