Growth Marketing Associate

Hey I’m Ramy, Offline’s VP of Growth, and we’re hoping you’re our next Growth Marketing Associate.

Offline is a restaurant subscription company–think of us like Netflix for restaurants.

We help our Members explore their cities by paying us a monthly fee to recommend the best spots in town, and we take a certain $ amount off their tab by partnering with the restaurants. We closed a $2m fundraising round last year.

We’re currently in 5 cities nationwide, and we're looking to be in 20 by the end of the year.

The Growth Marketing Associate will work on my team to help us acquire new members in both existing and new markets.

We’re a rapidly growing startup that needs fresh thinking, risk-taking, and innovative approaches to become the next big thing. Offline is growing fast, and we want you to grow with it.

Who I'm looking for:

• A sponge: you'll learn+ master everything I throw at you
• Team player: you're smart, but know that you can't do everything alone
• Intuitive: you understand consumer psychology and what drives behavior
• Hustle: you've been a founder already, or were an important role in something you've helped build before
• Excitment: you like talking about user behavior, conversion rates, ads, etc

The day-to-day will revolve around:

• Launching new ads on Facebook/TikTok on a biweekly basis
• Creating and sending emails to new and exsisting members
• Weekly analytics and reporting on how many users we’re acquiring
• Creatively coming up with catchy subject lines/ads (can you beat a 92% open rate?)
• Responding to people asking question about the service before they join
• Helping us retain and grow existing markets, and strategizing new market launches

Requirements

Who we’re looking for:

• This is an office-first position, so you must be in the Raleigh-Durham area or willing to relocate
• Someone who feels they’re both right and left-brained (just as comfortable analyzing an ad’s performance as they are coming up with it)
• Someone who wants to learn how to do digital marketing and advertising
• Someone eager to learn and see results in real-time
• Someone who wants to join a startup before it becomes a household name
• 1-2 years experience in digital marketing, paid ads, email marketing, analytics, etc
