SUMMARY:

The Education Market Analyst will develop and implement analysis and research projects that align with company. As an Education Market Analyst within our Shared Services / Marketing division, you will spearhead analysis and research projects pivotal to achieving our company's strategic objectives and growth targets. Your role is crucial in understanding and leveraging education market trends, state and federal funding, renewal metrics, and sales activities to foster growth and development. By analyzing internal and external data sources, you will provide valuable insights that support our business development efforts and sales strategies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Design and execute analysis and research projects in alignment with our strategic goals and growth objectives, focusing on areas such as education funding, renewal metrics, and sales activities.

  • Analyze and report on key information and insights regarding our current and potential customer base, utilizing a blend of internal (e.g., executive, academic, financial, billing, survey data) and external data sources.

  • Create dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign performance reports

  • Generate and analyze reports tracking campaign performance and effectiveness via key performance metrics/indicators (KPIs); identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversions

  • Collaborate closely with sales team, Marketing department, and management to communicate sales progress and align on objectives.

  • Implement tracking protocols for sales representatives to effectively monitor sales opportunities.

  • Contribute to the upkeep of the company's sales pipeline database and generate detailed sales and renewal reports.

  • Play a key role in the selection, implementation, and management of sales technologies to enhance sales performance and profitability.

  • Undertake additional duties as required to support our marketing and sales efforts.

  • Other growth-related initiatives, including support for quarterly and ad-hoc reporting requests

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Familiarity with Power BI, Power Query, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Power Automate, and/or Dataverse.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

  • 1-2 years of experience in data analysis or research, preferably within the education sector or a multi-state organization.

  • Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for candidates with a Master's degree.

  • A strong understanding of state and federal education funding mechanisms is highly desirable
