Please review the following job description:

Perform supervisory functions routinely associated with a Broker Dealer and Investment Advisory firm. Manage, monitor and enforce internal and regulatory policies, identify trends, sales practice patterns, conflicts of interest or issues that potentially pose a risk to the firm.

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

  • Review and approve new managed accounts

  • Review and approve managed account documentation related to changes to existing accounts which may include changes to risk target, program changes, fee adjustments, terminations etc.

  • Review and monitor trades through Protegent trade surveillance tool

  • Review managed accounts for ongoing adherence to firm guidelines and related policies

  • Review documented recommendations from advisors to ensure best interest of client is being met

  • Utilize platform tools to review and monitor electronic communication such as email and social media

  • Utilize Envestnet platform to review client accounts to evaluate and monitor system supervisory alerts.

Required Qualifications:

  • FINRA Series 7, 24, 53, 4, (63 & 65 or 66).

  • Life/Health and Variable Annuity Insurance licensed.

  • Retail brokerage and/or investment advisory experience with an emphasis in supervision/compliance.

  • Solid decision-making and judgment capabilities.

  • Sound investigative skills and ability to follow up and manage cases

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn internal technology tools and platforms.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Business

  • 8 years industry experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability present ideas effectively to individuals or a group

Primary Responsibilities: * Conduct in-home assessments on health plan members, including past medical history, review of symptoms, physical examination, medication review and depression screening * Responsible for checking vitals, conducting a physical exam that includes monofilament test, urine dipstick and foot exam (as appropriate) * Identify diagnoses to be used in care management and active medical management in the furtherance of treatment * Formulate a list of current and past medical conditions using clinical knowledge and judgment and the findings of your assessment * Communicate findings in your assessment that will be used to inform the PCP of potential gaps in care * Educate members on topics such as disease process, medication and compliance * Comply with all HIPAA regulations and maintain security of protected health information (PHI) Since this position involves in-home visits, the ability to work autonomously and extensive travel will be required.
