The Group Director, Strategy is responsible for serving as the primary day-to-day strategy lead over a group of large accounts or a substantial group of smaller accounts with associated client relationship development, cross-functional team oversight, and strategic oversight. The ideal candidate will have a deep combination of content strategy and channel expertise inclusive of: CRM, rand websites and social.
YOUR ROLE: GROUP DIRECTOR, STRATEGY
While there will never be a typical day at Accenture Interactive, we have highlighted a few of your exciting responsibilities:
Prepare strategic recommendations, briefings and POVs for clients to help them achieve their business objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, analytics, account, etc.) to develop and manage best in class integrated content strategies and channel plans.
Lead the development of a variety of deliverables including, but not limited to: content audits, consumer journey, channel plans, launch plans, competitive and market analysis, conquest strategies, brand architectures,
Support new business opportunities including RFIs, RFPs and stand-up presentations
Provide thought leadership and team mentorship
YOUR EXPERIENCE: Basic Qualifications
5+ years CRM, digital, social and analytical experience developing, deploying, measuring and improving digital CRM strategy
Bachelor's degree inarelated field, or equivalent training and/or experience
