What's the opportunity?

Intercom's Product Marketing team is looking for someone to lead GTM strategy for our sales and support solutions. From helping us launch new products for sales and support teams, grow our new customer acquisition and expansion funnels, and define the future road map, you'll be leading the charge on making Intercom the preferred Messenger for sales and support teams. You'll work closely with executives and stakeholders across the organization to help define and execute on our strategy, as well as coach and mentor a small team of PMMs.

Salesforce for Integration is powered by MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform. As an Associate Manager/ Manager on the MuleSoft Product Marketing team, you will help shape the go-to-market for selling with and through Salesforce. You will define a strategic platform narrative across the Salesforce product clouds through the lens of solutions, customer stories, deep product content, and thought leadership that links business initiatives to technology projects and ultimately integration use cases. You will be responsible for defining the go-to-market, content and end-to-end integrated marketing campaign strategy. You will drive alignment on messaging and positioning that combine a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform with knowledge of how MuleSoft + Salesforce is uniquely positioned to deliver digital transformation. The ideal candidate for this role is an expert communicator who blends product expertise and strategic acumen with the willingness to drive hands-on, tactical execution of marketing activities. 30-60-90 day plan: * 30-day: Within your first 30 days, you will acquire a functional understanding of MuleSoft and Salesforce's product and value proposition, as well as how marketing at MuleSoft works. You will also familiarize yourself with the integration market through self-study and by building relationships with key industry stakeholders at MuleSoft. * 60-day: Within your first 60 days, you will have performed a market analysis to prioritize the highest opportunity market segments and sales plays for MuleSoft across Salesforce's product clouds. You will craft an integrated go-to-market strategy for addressing these market segments and sales plays. * 90 day: Within your first 90 days, you will have developed foundational messaging and marketing assets in service of the go-to-market strategy you have developed. You will continue to build and establish subject matter expertise. Required Skills/Experience * 3-5+ years of experience in product marketing at a high tech company, or similar * Strategic vision to articulate go-to-market strategy, and the "do-what-it-takes" mindset to lead a cross-functional team of stakeholders to drive execution. * Demonstrated examples of crafting product positioning and content * Strong public speaking skills and ability to develop compelling customer-facing presentations. * Ability to sell ideas well through creative & innovative cohesive presentations. * Dynamic, confident personality with ability to successfully define and drive project execution with minimal guidance amidst multiple priorities and goals. * Strong communicator: with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as active listening skills * Experience with enterprise applications such as CRM software, ERP, customer service or homegrown solutions.
