We're passionate about impacting the way people discover and interact with content. As the web app lead, you'll work closely with our machine learning team to develop groundbreaking engagement mechanisms for our users. You will also be responsible for setting the vision for our web experience and introducing ideas for complementary new products where they may fit.

As the leader of our most highly used application, you have experience owning end to end product experiences, are highly metric driven, can speak the language of design, and have extensive experience using data to back your decisions. You have formally or informally led small teams and are comfortable in a player-coach role in the organization.

  • You've got 7+ years under your belt as a PM / leader where you've worked at a leading consumer or enterprise software company

  • You love data in all its forms - whether it's data analysis, A/B testing, or user growth

  • You're an organized, operational thinker who has a background in inspiring teams, managing complexity, and delivering world-class results

  • You have a strong technical, design, and/or business background
