Engage with the customer as an enterprise architect and identify the vision and roadmap of the customer on Digital Journey and specific technology requirements on Data center operations, End user space Gather, Assess, design, Build and drive implementation of End - user technologies stack and architecture based on customer environment and Industry leading solutions for the customer Participate to develop and manage architecture governance structure based on business, IT strategies as relevant for Data center operations and End User Services. Provide consulting service to the customer on End - User Technologies trends and defining a future roadmap
Service Delivery Manager Role is designed to work for redefining Data center services and EUC within HCL/Clients to ensure greater user experience create a service to be able to replicate in areas of deliveries of End User Services. This role will work with other practices within HCL delivery teams such as Cloud, Data Center, IT Service Management, Networking and project and program management.
Must possess strong leadership, organizational and management skills
Experience in enterprise IT infrastructures.
Strong customer-interaction skills and architectural skills.
Should possess Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices for End User Computing and Mobility solutions and technologies, keeping current with industry trends and emerging technologies and providing guidance and direction to customers and project teams.
Demonstrates strong EUC Architectural knowledge. Trusted advisor to customers on EUC technologies, best practices and migration methodologies and techniques.
Understands and translates the business process owners' needs to information technology solutions to provide meaningful business value
Must have a proven ability to work with Data center technologies such as Storage, Networking, EUC, etc.,
Well versed with Service Desk solutions and Onsite support models
Should be comfortable in participating in advisory board meeting and build road maps
Is comfortable being the key communicator between the delivery team and client
Ability to quickly establish credibility and excitement with customer and other peer architects as well as work collaboratively and in a hands-on manner with technical professionals.
Proven ability to document appropriate technical information to serve as base for training, technical operations run books and knowledge objects.
Should have extensive knowledge from EUC stack of technologies and moderate understanding of other IT service lines such as Data center, Server, (Wintel and Unix), Storage, Networks, Database and Mid-Tier and Service management.
