About the Job

Midland Credit Management is looking for a Supervisor to join our team here in Troy , MI. This resource will support the department in managing of daily operations. The role requires knowledge of and ability to implement key concepts like work allocation, process and procedure development, problem solving, capacity planning and taking care of employee performance management cycle. Requires a balanced mix of people, process and project management with a shown understanding of the Legal Collections channel.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of the day-to-day operations and management of the Specialist team (12-15 direct reports).

• Analyze business drivers at both the partner and program level to handle and improve performance including the project management of both individual and team initiatives.

• Interact with internal and external customers as well as multiple cross-functional organizations, making it critical to be able to develop positive relationships to drive business results.

• Conducts ongoing training for new hires on an as needed basis.

• Develop program / process strategies and complete such strategies.

• Ensure quality and accuracy of all work product; build, set and communicate performance plans to drive results where applicable.

Required

• 1-3 years of customer service and managerial experience.

• High School Diploma

• High sense of ownership and drive to deliver breakthrough results.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

Preferred

• Experience in Financial Services, Project or Process Management role.
