Job Description:

Manages a team within Treasury responsible for key aspects of interest rate risk management. Recruits, directs, motivates and develops a team of 5-7 employees.
Develops and produces interest rate risk reports and briefings for senior management and governance forums such as Asset Liability Committee (ALCO), highlighting operational activities/outcomes, identifying risks and recommending proposed solutions.
Manages the collection, validation and analyses of financial data underpinning the Bank's interest rate risk framework.
Maintains documentation and controls related to all production activities.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Degree in math, engineering, statistics, computational finance or economics preferred. MBA, CFA, or CPA/CA preferred.
3+ years of QRM experience with broad exposure to QRM including development/implementation and using QRM to deliver production reports to senior management and ALCO.
10-12 years of total work experience, with 1-3 years of experience managing a QRM production team.
Extensive experience with interest rate risk management, and/or asset-liability management within large complex financial organizations
