Important Information About This Role:

  • This position is a Multi-Site Operations Manager role, covering 5 Hospitals, and additionally leading a small team of leaders (Our Hospital Services Administrator role reports to this person)

  • This role has a direct hand within the Operation

  • This program includes two of our largest accounts, highest patient treatment numbers (including most complex treatments), and highest revenue

  • MUST have Operations Management experience, managing/overseeing a large P&L (to include budget oversight and staffing)

  • Executive presence and pristine communication is required, as this position deals with Medical Directors, C-level, Board members, Physicians, and more

  • Ability to handle complex problems as they arise and shift priorities accordingly

  • Must be able to juggle multiple project at once, and thrive in an ever changing environment

  • RN is NOT required for this role, however, Healthcare Experience is required

A Group Hospital Service Administrator (GHSA) is responsible for the overall operations for nursing services and patient care at two or more Hospital Contracts within a specific territory. This includes financial management, quality assurance and patient care, safety, risk management, teammate satisfaction, quality index scores, and staffing (to name a few). In addition, the GHSA has full supervisory and management responsibilities for all teammates within assigned program such as hiring, teammate relations, performance and professional development, mentoring, annual reviews, salary increases, and terminations.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in related area strongly preferred

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in management required (managing large teams of 50+)

  • Prior management in the healthcare field required

  • Experience with multi-site management are preferred

  • RN license preferred (but not required)

  • Minimum of 6 months of ESRD/dialysis experience or minimum of 2 years' experience in dialysis preferred

  • Current CPR certification required (or certification obtained within 60 days of hire)

  • CNN certification preferred (not required)

  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required; functional proficiency in all DaVita facility computer systems required within 90 days

VIEW JOBS 1/3/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-04-02T00:00 Job Description Overview The Site Administrator (Technician) provides Lennar Associates local support for all computers, tablets, mobile devices, the local area network, and other communications equipment. This role provides timely and courteous support for technical issues relating to the use and operation of Lennar hardware and software. The incumbent coordinates and supports the Division office and remote sites, including Welcome Home Centers, Construction and Customer Care Offices. The Site Administrator works closely with other members of the IS Department internally and third-Party Vendors externally to provide excellent customer service to the Lennar team. Responsibilities * Troubleshoots and resolves computer workstation issues, both software and hardware related. * Enacts manufacturer's warranties for equipment repair. * Maintains tickets in Help Desk ticketing system and updates tickets with appropriate current status on a daily basis. Provides accurate, scientific, and reproducible written details on ticket resolution. * Helps different Divisions prepare and coordinate project plans for installation of technology equipment in Welcome Home Centers and Construction Trailers. * Resolves printer and copier issues across the division. * Arranges and coordinates technical support for meetings and events, including video conferencing and traditional audio/visual needs. * Maintains, upgrades, installs, or replaces hardware and software as required. * Reports instances of server downtime, LAN/WAN connectivity issues immediately to manager and helpdesk team. * Performs basic troubleshooting on LAN/WA N connectivity under the direction and guidance of telecommunications or network team. * Produces a weekly status report to I.S. Manager summarizing work as well as outstanding issues. * Coaches and develops less senior associates on defined procedures and standards, * Monitors and assists with coordinating the activities of third-party support contractors. * Perform other duties as assigned by I.S. Manager. * In addition to the above, each associate will be required to cross train for position(s) within the corporate organization structure as may, from time to time, be required by the I.S. Manager.
