Position Responsibilities:

● Provide the ultimate F45 Training experience during group training sessions

● Collaborate with Studio Manager and team on daily, weekly and monthly personal & studio goals

● Ensure that ALL members are receiving hands on training and attention during class, performing exercises effectively and safely, while keeping them motivated and encouraged

● Perform and demonstrate all exercises in class with modifications as needed

● Contribute to the F45 culture by facilitating a clean, organized, energetic, and fun fitness studio

● Perform member fitness consultation and sig up new members

● Perform member check in and follow all CDC protocols

● Self-motivated and goal-oriented

● Excellent attention to detail

● Excellent customer service skills with a go-getter mentality

● Able to priority and meet team goals in a fast-paced environment

● Punctual and reliable

Experience & Qualifications:

● Current certification from an accredited fitness program (required)

● Current First Aid & CPR/AED Certification (required)

● 1+ years of personal training and/or group fitness experience (preferred)

● F45 Training experience is a bonus
