Group Fitness Instructor Pilates Reformer

Are you passionate about Pilates and committed to helping others achieve their fitness goals? Join our team as a Group Fitness Instructor and lead dynamic Pilates classes in a supportive and motivating environment!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead invigorating Pilates classes following industry standards and approved formats.

• Instruct participants on proper techniques, demonstrate exercises, and offer modifications to accommodate all fitness levels.

• Motivate and coach class participants to achieve their fitness goals while ensuring safety and proper form.

• Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere where members feel supported and engaged.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio space, ensuring equipment is in working order.

Qualifications:

• Current CPR/AED certification and basic first aid training.

• Minimum six months of experience teaching group exercise, with a focus on Pilates.

• Nationally recognized Group Fitness certification by ACE, AFAA, or ACSM.

• Verifiable proof of specialized Pilates training.

• Knowledge of group fitness teaching strategies, choreography, and cueing techniques.

• High energy level and physical fitness to lead classes effectively.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills and a positive attitude.

Compensation: $50.00 per hour
