Mission

In order to manage the financial procedures of Neoen, we are looking for a permanent Groupe Finance

• Project Manager to be based in Paris.

You will report to the Senior Group Finance

• Project Manager based in Paris and your main tasks will be to ensure that our financial processes are up-to-date and aim to improve them constantly, monitor our external accounting shared-services center and participate in projects of new finance related tools.

You will be responsible for:

SUPERVISION OF THE EXTERNAL SHARED SERVICES CENTER

• Lead the relationship with our external accountants

• Ensure the respect of month-end deadlines

• Ensure proper execution of the scope of services

• Follow-up the billing process of professional fees

• Ensure that processes are standardised across the countries

• Identify areas of improvement

INTERNAL PROCESSES

• Review internal financial processes and ensure that they are applied

• Propose new processes or improvements to any existing ones

• Lead the induction of new financial controllers to company standards

• Maintain constant contact with our network of financial controllers in order to understand their needs, answer all their questions regarding financial processes and be able to share best practices

FINANCIAL TOOLS

• Administer and oversee three finance-related tools

• Participate in the implementation of new financial tools

Profil

The candidate will need the following skills and experience to succeed in this role:

• Master's degree in finance

• 3 to 5 years of experience in financial roles or audit

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

• Reliability, autonomy, rigor, proactivity, analytical spirit with a good business sense and proven communication skills.

• Passion for improving processes and making a difference, solution-oriented.

• Good leadership skills

• Proficiency in French and English

• Another language (Spanish or Portuguese) is a plus
