• Position: First (1st) Group Coordinator Lead (Floor Lead)
• Shift: 5:30am -; 2:30pm, Monday-Friday (Hours will vary during peak)
• Pay: $20.10 per hour.

In addition to the general job description below, the ideal will also have the following skills: Supply Chain, Auditing, Product Compliance, Shipping, Logistics, Team Lead, Communication, General Labor, Machine Operator

A minimum of (1) one year's experience in the following:

• Coordinating tasks within a production line, including item organization, product production, product replenishment, and quality.

• Prioritizing, scheduling and planning tasks for assigned department.

• Experience using a commercial WMS (warehouse management system) such as Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, JDA, SAP, etc.

• Technical Computer Skills (Microsoft Office software, including Excel is required)

• This is a hands-on role that is spent most of shift out on the warehouse floor and moving to and from multiple areas of the building to include extended period of standing and walking.

• Lifting to 40lbs

Role Purpose:

Responsible for assigning work schedules, training associates and monitoring associate progress for the work group they are directing. Provides day-to-day direction and guidance to work group. Responsible for daily workloads.

Key Accountabilities:

• Conduct training for new associates.

• Maintain legible and accurate records or logs.

• Review documents prepared by members of the work group for accuracy and legibility.

• Monitor performance of associates within the work group.

• Open and/or close and secure the building as directed.

• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor if they cannot be self-corrected.

• Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates.

Required Education and Experience:

• 6-12 months warehouse experience

• 6-12 months forklift operation experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred

• Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferred
