Group Benefits Sales Assistant- Enrollment Services- Base Salary to 50k/year- Oradell, NJ
Our client, a 10+ year enrollment services provider, is looking for a Group Benefits Sales Assistant join their team in the Oradell, NJ area. They provide Voluntary Insurance Benefits, voluntary enrollment processes and payroll administration/billing services for employers.
Responsibilities:
Support the Account Manager and Director of Sales with answering incoming calls, taking applications, and preparing accounts for implementation
Facilitate the enrollment strategy, conduct educational enrollment sessions with clients virtually and possibly in-person (minimal)
Distribute marketing materials
Data entry
Utilize Microsoft Excel for v-lookups, pivot tables, formulas, etc.
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English & Spanish a plus.
Life & Health Licensed preferred.
1+ year experience in group benefits.
Compensation:
Base salary in the 40k – 50k/year range, plus bonuses.
