LISA Academy District Job description We are looking for a Groundskeeper to join our team and maintain the grounds of our Little Rock North Little Rock Schools. The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping the buildings and grounds clean and tidy, performing general maintenance tasks, and ensuring that all safety regulations are followed. This position requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities: Maintain lawns, trees, and shrubs by mowing, trimming, and pruning. Maintain flower beds by weeding, mulching, and fertilizing. Perform routine maintenance on equipment such as mowers, edgers, and blowers.

Remove debris from grounds such as leaves and trash. Inspect grounds for damage and repair as needed. Apply pesticides to control insects and weeds.
