Essential Duty #1 Responsibilities include routine mowing, edging, pruning and trimming, maintenance of plant beds, weed control, fence line vegetation control, and policing of grounds.
Essential Duty #2 Supervise daily operations of grounds staff, including plan, design and implement grounds maintenance activities and ensure work is accomplished according to plan and schedule.
Essential Duty #3 Troubleshoot problem areas of grounds maintenance, requisition and inventory tools, supplies, and equipment.
Essential Duty #4 Assists the assigned work crew to accomplish the work, by using demonstration, verbal instructions and hands on training.
Essential Duty #5 Perform grounds maintenance providing quality service in accordance with the contract specifications.
