BLACK SEAL LICENSE PREFERRED

GROUNDS KEEPING EXPERIENCE A PLUS

Salary per Negotiated Agreement

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE

Black Seal License within 1st yr of employment.

Must have general knowledge of cleaning and cleaning equipment;

(For example, knowledge/experience in stripping floors and operating floor machinery).

Snow Removal due to inclement weather

Satisfactorily completed criminal history check, which include fingerprinting. This requirement is the financial responsibility of the employee.
