Grounds Maintenance Worker

Overview

You are responsible for the first impression guests and team members get when they first reach the resort grounds. This is a full-time position in the summer season with plenty of opportunities to transfer to various winter positions, allowing you year-round experience working for a great team in an amazing location.

Responsibilities

The following statements are intended as general illustrations of the work in this classification and are not all-inclusive of the specific position.

• Cut lawns using hand, riding mowers and trim and edge around walks, weedhipping and trimming around trees and buidlings.

• Utilize hand tools and landscaping maintenance equipment to maintain and improve the appearance of the resort grounds

• Landscape by planting grass, shrubs, and bushes.

• Apply fertilizer to the grounds to enhance growth.

• Pick up litter around the resort.

• Backpack blow walkways of debris.

• Applying Topsoil and seed to areas needed.

• Blowing property roads.

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Qualifications

• Grounds Maintenance experience is helpful but not required, we are willing to train

• Must be at least 18.

• Must have a valid Driver's License.

• Willing to be flexible to ever changing conditions on a daily basis.
