Grounds Maintenance

Job Description

The Lawn Maintenance Technician will perform all tasks necessary to maintain the grounds of the property, ensuring a visually pleasing and well-kept appearance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Cut grass, trim shrubs, hedges, and trees, fertilize plants, control weed growth, apply mulch, etc.

• Observe all company safety rules and be familiar with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for all chemicals used.

• Apply chemical products according to the manufacturer's instructions for safe use.

• Remove trash resulting from landscaping/groundskeeping work and any refuse found on the grounds.

• Maintain all equipment and tools in good working order.

• Perform all other grounds/lawn maintenance tasks as required by the lead or property manager.

• Perform general maintenance tasks as necessary.

• Assist maintenance personnel as needed.

• Pressure wash sidewalks.

• Complete daily logs and submit them to the Landscape Supervisor daily.

• Comply with all CFI policies and procedures.

• Represent CFI in a professional manner through appearance, dress, and behavior at all times, as dictated in the Team Member's Handbook.

• Work diligently to gain knowledge and experience to execute the role to its full potential.

• Other duties as assigned by Corporate Facilities leadership.
