Responsible for cutting of grass, line painting, snow removal and leaf collection along with trash removal.
Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School diploma.
At least Six months of related experience or required course work/certification in grounds maintenance.

Handles trash pickup
Mows grass
Installs sod
Sprays lines
Fertilizes lawns
Handles leaf collect ion
Handles snow removal
Plants flowers
Performs tree removal
Performs bulk trash removal
Performs other related duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Ability to function with little supervision
Ability to operate lawn equipment
Job Requirements
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must have the use of sensory skills in order to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and the public through the use of the telephone and personal contact as normally defined by the ability to see, read, talk, hear, handle or feel objects and controls. Physical capability to effectively use and operate various items of office related equipment, such as, but not limited to a, personal computer, calculator, copier, and fax machine. Significant climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, and repetitive motions.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
Valid driver's license without any restrictions that would prohibit applicant from college insurance coverage.
Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written standard English.
As required by the 1986 Immigration Act, be prepared to present acceptable documentation showing your identity and that you are a U.S. citizen or an alien who is authorized to work.
