If so, we are currently hiring detail-oriented Grounds Maintenance Technicians to aid in the overall curb appeal at our Regency Club apartment community located at 11555 Southfork Drive in Baton Rouge, LA. The schedule for this position is 8:30AM - 5:00PM, Monday - Friday. No experience?

Join our team and BeThe1 Qualifications What you will do: As a Grounds Maintenance Technician, you will play an important role in helping to attract new residents to our apartment communities by keeping the grounds, buildings, and pools neat, clean and tidy.

You will also learn and grow your career in the apartment maintenance industry Requirements: Grounds Maintenance Technicians will have the ability and desire to work outdoors; will have an eye for detail; and will be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
