Summary

Reybold Group is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Technician with plumbing experience who will be responsible for maintaining manufactured housing community grounds and the set up of our manufactured homes. The ideal candidate will be customer focused, mechanically inclined, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Essential Duties:

• Installing water meters

• Cut and trim trees and grass

• Cleaning and Maintaining grounds

• Cleaning and maintaining dog stations

• Preform light maintenance/service repairs

• Plumbing maintenace and installations

• Assisting in setting up new homes

• Mowing grass, planting, weeding

• Snow removal

• Walk grounds often and address and report any issues to supervisor

• Trash removal in timely manner

• Clean all areas around trash containers and compactors

Experience/Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 1-2 years experience in grounds maintenance (preferred)
• Valid drivers license
• 1-2 years of plumbing experience (preferred)
• Experience installing water meters is a plus!
