Doane University is seeking an entry-level Grounds & Landscape Associate. Position includes: lawn and grounds care; maintenance of grounds equipment and fleet vehicles; snow removal; and event set up. This position may require work assignments at times other than during regularly scheduled shifts.

HS diploma or equivalent.

Experience in grounds, maintenance and repair preferred. Knowledge of methods, practices, safety awareness, tools and equipment utilized in general grounds and landscape maintenance. Valid NE driver's license and acceptable driving record required.

As the Quality Assurance Compliance Team Leader, you will manage all aspects of the factory's compliance and audit program. You will be responsible for development, certification, compliance, on-going sustainability and continuous improvement of the factory's Food Safety Management System. In a typical 24-hour production cycle, we conduct 30,000 documented quality checks involving ingredient/packaging, receiving, processing, and packing. That's how much we care. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Function as factory coordinator of Food Safety Management System and Nestlé Quality Management System (NQMS) * Coordinate the factory internal audit program * Coordinate the factory quality and food safety Corrective Action and Preventative Action program * Ensure factory document control and record control programs are compliant with * Coordinate the factory Change Control program for change that may impact the Quality and Food Safety Management Systems. * Provide support for all internal and external audits of the factory * Support Nestlé Continuous Excellence program in the quest for zero defects.
