We pride ourselves on our well-kept and beautiful landscapes on property. The Grounds Crew is responsible for maintaining the grounds and landscaping around the lodge in the summer and clearing snow throughout the hotel property in the winter.

We are looking for a Second Shift Grounds Attendant for Spruce Peak! This position will be in charge of the "after hours" of our grounds team to help ensure there are no emergency and maintains the cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic appearance of the entire grounds and landscape according to standards This position is responsible for safely closing the pool at night or delaying/ closing aquatic operations due to inclement weather. The Second shift acts as the main point of contact for events/ concerts on resort to ensure everything runs smoothly, including maintaining trash receptacles & rice rink maintenance. Also, performs preventive maintenance and responds to all requests in order to satisfy guests' needs and ensure an attractive and safe property.

This is a great position if you like to spend time outdoors in the fresh air all year round and get your steps in! Every day is a different, dynamic work day. There are miles of walkways throughout the resort from our townhouses to village green. There are many ongoing projects that our Grounds team handles all year round and we would love to have you help us keep busy.

This position is from 3-11pm with weekend and holiday availability.

• Previous grounds keeping experience preferred

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older

• Must have a clean driving record

• Flexible schedule to include mornings, nights, weekends and holidays

• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Use moderate to heavy equipment to complete duties as assigned (i.e. snow blower, shovels, etc.)

• Wash, clean and re-fuel all equipment after use.

• Maintain the appearance and safety of sidewalks, driveways, or parking lots.

• Operate trucks or utility vehicles to transport equipment and supplies.
