Grocery Stocking Clerk

Position: Stocking Clerk at Petaluma Market

Hours: 8 hour shifts varying from 7AM - 9PM

Hiring for part-time position

Schedule will range from 20-25 hours a week, must be available to work weekends. May also include cashiering.

Stocking clerks are responsible for stocking shelves and checking in product as well as helping with cashiering & bagging when needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate must be reliable and honest.

• Associate must possess integrity and professionalism in their position.

• Strong communication skills. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

• Ability to read and write at the 8th grade level.

• Must be 18 years or older.

Physical Requirements:

• The work requires routine walking, standing, bending and carrying items weighing less than fifty pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (or still pursuing education)
• Prior experience working stocking shelves.

Starting wage: $19 / hour (negotiable based on experience)
