Job Description:

The Sales Effectiveness & Intelligence group performs a broad array of functions which include data infrastructure & design, forecasting & analytics, as well as the management & advancement of the Salesforce CRMA (Einstein) environment supporting Global Sales. A group with diverse & advanced skillsets, the team works together with key sales leaders to drive revenue growth and increase sales effectiveness for the global organization.

This position maintains a comprehensive knowledge of global sales & solutions, applies data extraction, transformation and loading techniques to connect large data sets from a variety of source systems. Through the management of the Azure cloud & on prem server environments, the data engineering team ensures data is available & organized to support our BI tools (Salesforce CMRA, Customer Solutions Performance Reports, PowerBi etc). These BI tools ultimately provide analytics, guidance, & coaching to increase sales effectiveness. While this position may be flexible in location, Atlanta-based candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leverage a comprehensive knowledge of global sales & solutions to inform infrastructure design

• Responsible for data infrastructure, database and server administration

• Business Intelligence development, maintenance and enhancement of key sales models

• Develops data processes to build enriched and structured information assets. These assets provide consistent and complete sources that support the organization business analytics needs

• Analyzes processes to determine data errors or processing issues

• Utilizes defined and consistent naming conventions and data structuring to facilitate connecting and discovery across data assets

Requirements

• Possesses at least two years of technical experience in Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, SQL Server, SSMS, Power BI (DAX), AAS Server and Data Model optimization are required

• Demonstrates proven skills to conduct, model & communicate the results of structured analytic evaluations

Preferences

• Possesses proven experience leading a data driven team in development of infrastructure

• Demonstrates the ability to evaluate data at the lowest level while messaging the overall summary conclusions

• Utilizes collaborative problem-solving when working closely with a team to evaluate complex analytical problems

• Atlanta-based candidate preferred

Annual Hiring Range

$100,420.00 - $189,720.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

Note: For union-represented postings, wage rates and ranges are governed by applicable collective bargaining agreement provisions.
