OVERVIEW OF THE COMPANY
20th Century Fox
One of the world's largest producers and distributors of motion pictures, 20th Century Fox Film (TCFF) produces, acquires and distributes motion pictures throughout the world. These motion pictures are produced or acquired by the following units of 20th Century Fox Film: Twentieth Century Fox, Fox 2000 Pictures, Fox Searchlight Pictures, Fox International Productions, and Twentieth Century Fox Animation. During fiscal 2017, TCFF placed 25 motion pictures in general release in the United States. The motion pictures produced and/or distributed by TCFF in the United States and international territories in fiscal 2017 included Hidden Figures, Logan, Jackie, and The Boss Baby. TCFF has released or currently plans to release approximately 23 motion pictures in the United States in fiscal 2018.
All shifts have variable hours from week to week and are subject to change depending on business needs. Hires are not guaranteed 40 hours per week.
Work as a 'tournant' in an assigned outlet as needed.

Prepare, produce, and cook all food products as assigned by Outlet Chef for the Operation's needs.
Maintain assigned station in a clean and organized state at all times. Clean up and wipe down station at the end of shift.
Maintain all equipment in good order through proper use and care.
Other duties as assigned by chefs/supervisors.
Over time and Earlier start times as required by business needs.
Assist in putting away all delivered merchandise (produce, meat, fish, dry goods, etc.).
Adhere to all State and Local Health Department rules and regulations.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule including, early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
High school diploma and/or certificate/diploma from an accredited culinary program or equivalent work experience.
3-5 years prior culinary experience.
Required skills to include: basic knife handling, chopping, slicing, grilling, saute', Food Safety & Sanitation knowledge, must be able to read and follow assigned recipes and kitchen standards, excellent customer service and guest interaction.
Must be able to lift 25lbs.
