JOB DESCRIPTION

The FOX Studio Lot is looking for a Grill Cook to join their team!

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Primarily responsible for the food preparation and production related to the assigned outlet and station.

• Prepare, produce, and cook all food products as assigned by Outlet Chef for the Operation's needs

• Maintain assigned station in a clean and organized state at all times. Clean up and wipe down station at the end of shift

• Maintain all equipment in good order through proper use and care

• Other duties as assigned by chefs/supervisors

• Over time and earlier start times as required by business needs

• Assist in putting away all delivered merchandise (produce, meat, fish, dry goods, etc.)

• Adhere to all State and Local Health Department rules and regulations

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• High school diploma and/or certificate/diploma from an accredited culinary program or equivalent work experience

• 3-5 years prior culinary experience.

• Basic knife handling, chopping, slicing, grilling, and sauté

• Food Safety & Sanitation knowledge

• Excellent customer service and guest interaction

• Available to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Able to read and follow assigned recipes and kitchen standards

• Able to lift 25lbs

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $25.76-25.76 per hour for California. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
