Our power efficient GPU solution is fundamental to enable the new exciting markets like VR, IoT, AI, drone, autonomous driving etc. We are looking for talented Graphics System engineers to create world class GPU products to enable high performance graphics and compute with low power consumption. As a member of our Graphics System team, you will help create the simulator of our next generation graphics core for mobile devices.

In this position, you will be responsible for development of the GPU architecture design using advanced modeling methodologies. You are expected to understand the design and implementation, define the development scope, develop the algorithm for some functional blocks, and verify the correctness of the design. You will be working with architects, designers, driver, and compiler teams to accomplish your tasks.Develop bitwise accurate functional models (C-model) (by using C/C++ etc.) to simulate our new architectures and solutions

The hardware team within VPG designs and verifies the future graphics processor engines for mobile, desktop and server platforms that will lead the graphics market in power and performance. This position entails pre-silicon functional verification of Intel graphics cores in a UVM environment using SystemVerilog and other verification tools. You will ensure the platform and its components have the best possible balance of performance and power available in graphics hardware components and will participate in ongoing research and development of next generation platform designs to continually improve the performance of Intel's GPUs. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to: * Build and developing verification test plans and test scenarios to prove the correctness of the design * Development of verification components for a UVM based simulation environment, bus functional models(BFMs), trackers, checkers, scoreboards, and test benches * Building and delivery of an RTL model of the design, including performing and debugging simulations * Development of functional coverage and achieving coverage goals * Identifying and driving bugs to closure * Developing methodologies and capabilities, and driving process improvements * Working closely with design engineers, micro-architects, and other team members to ensure high quality of test plans, functional coverage, and tests * Ability to deliver high-quality output against deadlines and work effectively in a cross-site team environment Behavioral traits that we are looking for: * Great communication skills both written and verbal. * Strong attention to technical detail, data analysis and situational problem solving skills * Strong presentation skills with the ability to present complex issues with clarity to drive decisions. * Self-motivated and willing to take additional responsibilities over time to contribute to the team's success.
