We're seeking a dynamic hands-on Graphic Designer with a strong background in UX/UI design to infuse each project with spirit, verve, and genuine enthusiasm. If you're driven by motivation and commitment to creating inspiring work and possess a genuine interest in bringing brand stories to life, you might be the perfect fit for our team. Your unique ability to blend creative flair with commercial awareness enables you to captivate and astonish brands with your designs.

We would love you to:

  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of graphic design, possessing robust knowledge of brand identity, visual systems, and campaign assets.

  • As a multi-disciplined Designer, respond to creative briefs by producing high-quality designs and delivering exceptional executions. Showcase excellent craft skills and incorporate smart strategic thinking into your work.

  • Utilise your UX/UI experience to enhance user experiences and interfaces across digital platforms.

  • Quickly adapt to new technologies, stay abreast of industry trends, and continuously commit to skill development, embodying a spirit of continuous learning.

  • Embrace constructive criticism with a positive can-do attitude, pushing creative boundaries, unlocking new possibilities, and elevating the standard of our work.

  • Work closely with the wider team, including designers, creatives, strategists, and project managers, ensuring that the work aligns with the needs and expectations of our brands.

  • Inspire and nurture fellow team members, fostering an environment of excellence in creative output. Contribute to the organic development of the team.

Skills:

  • Creative Visionary: Possess a talent for innovative concept generation and translating ideas into visually striking designs.

  • Masterful Artistry and Precision: Meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to impeccable craftsmanship.

  • Collaborative Dynamo: Thrive in a collaborative environment, actively contributing to and drawing inspiration from collective creativity.

Must haves:

  • +4 years of experience as a graphic designer with strong UX/UI experience.

  • Proficiency in Figma is a must, along with Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) and MS Office software.

  • As a boundary pusher, you embody a positive can-do attitude and a willingness to explore new creative frontiers.

  • Showcase a strong understanding of design principles and best practices, applying them to create effective design solutions.

  • Exceptional communication, organisational, and collaboration skills enable effective teamwork.
