The Graphic Designer is a hardworking, focused, and self-motivated role that is crucial to brand maintenance and development. Working closely with the Marketing Team, the Graphic Designer will create dynamic content to be used for the website, social media, email, print, and other key marketing campaigns. They will update and maintain packaging and other key touch points. This position will be vital in curating the voice and feel of the brand through creative content, with the opportunity to continue developing and learning.
Essential Functions Include:
Create content for email marketing campaigns.
Design print content, flyers, brochures, infographics…etc.
Create graphics for social media posts/reels/stories.
Edits photos and/or videos for the marketing team.
Maintain and design for web landing pages and websites.
Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.
Follow industry standards for social, web, and print design.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications Include:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design or related field
1-3 years of strong graphic design skills
Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office 365
Layout skills
Creativity
Willing to learn and adapt by listening and applying feedback
Deadline and detail-oriented
Time-management skills
Communication skills
Strong level of professionalism
Work and contribute to a team environment
Have a positive, get the job done attitude

Physical Requirements - Must be able to perform the following functions with or without accommodations:
Consistent and reliable attendance
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Additional hours setting up and preparing for corporate events
