The CW team is growing and looking for dynamic, like-minded people to join our team! Currently we?re seeking a full-time Graphic Designer Site Maintainer. The main responsibilities are: ? Design and develop a wide variety of marketing communication materials and manage important communication/launch efforts. ? Creates all marketing materials and presents graphic design ideas to management ? Conceives designs, coordinates and manages the production of graphic communications for the company across print, digital and social media channels. ? Maintains brand consistency. ? Maintain website product image graphics library. ? Assist in logistical efforts to add new products to site and maintain their integrity. ? Experience with industrial/product design, especially of home d?cor/goods a plus. ? Experience in the Home Goods industry a plus. ? Shopify e-commerce platform experience preferred. ? Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements ? 2+ years of graphic design experience. ? Bachelor's Degree is preferred. ? Self- organized and manage multiple deadlines on concurrent projects. ? Proficient in Adobe CS: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop etc. ? Flexible and able to work in an extremely fast-paced environment. ? Problem solver and resourceful. ? Competence in MS word and Excel. ? Familiarity or competence with HTML/JavaScript a plus. ? Reports to Design Manager. ? Expected time commitment: 32-40hrs / week. ? Passion for interior design/home d?cor a definite plus!

Position Overview: The Graphic Designer is a production role responsible for working with multiple Departments to deliver compelling offline and online graphic designs for various marketing efforts from conceptualization to completion. The Graphic Designer must be constantly striving to create highly compelling marketing collateral's that reinforce the corporate identity. Though more heavily focused on digital design, this position will include a wide range of creative projects including print, branding, editorial, marketing, social, and more. The Designer must be well-rounded and skilled across both digital AND print design. Key responsibilities include: * Create design concepts by studying and analyzing product or service definitions. This includes analyzing user requirements and target market. * Creating original custom graphics, iconography, and photo editing and manipulations. * Production of print collateral's (brochures, handouts, program ads, etc.), from concept to finished design, often working with an outside printer. * Production of web graphics for website, emails, social media, and internet display ads, etc. * Balance multiple projects with tight deadlines. Work across disciplines and organizational boundaries to complete projects on schedule.
