Attributes we are looking for:
Grimco is seeking a creative Graphic Designer with experience in both print and digital medias. We're looking for someone who can take direction from both written and spoken communication and convert ideas into images, layouts and other designs. This person must understand how marketing campaigns work, from conception to deployment. They should be experienced with working in a fast-paced environment, while staying organized and comfortable with multitasking.
Design both digital and print materials: Social Media Ads, Emails Campaigns, Webpages, Flyers, Postcards/mailers, Tradeshow displays, Special Projects, etc.
Design to keep brand integrity and recognition, maintain professional company culture and requirements to create brand experiences.
Ability to work with the marketing team to communicate the company's needs and message.
Stay up to date on marketing trends, best practices and methods
Welcome input and constructive ideas
Maintain a positive and productive attitude.
0-2 Years of experience in a creative field.
Completed Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university (final semester applicants welcome).
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, HTML and CSS.
Confidence and positive attitude are a MUST!
Superior interpersonal skills able to communicate effectively at all levels.
Ability to work hard and smart never satisfied with the status quo.
Ability to take direction and make independent decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and true commitment to customers.
Strong file structure and organizational skills.
Strong Preference For:
Bachelor's Degree in a creative field.
Cumulative GPA > 3.15.
