Graphic Designer

As a graphic designer, you will work alongside and collaboratively with the director of marketing and communications to support management, the Communications team and potential other teams for a variety of graphic design projects. A successful candidate must be a strong team player, thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to juggle multiple projects with multiple short- and long-term deadlines. Experience in the A/E industry a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and design various materials for digital and print collateral for internal and external clients. Examples include ads, booth displays, social media graphics, PowerPoint presentations, announcements, brochures, display boards, videos, emails, website design and more

  • Work with multiple stakeholders to translate ideas into graphics

  • Work creatively within brand identity standards

  • Perform retouching and manipulation of images

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic arts or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design

  • Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects

  • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print and the web

  • In-depth knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects

  • Experience with HTML and CSS preferred

  • Excellent eye for detail

  • Willingness and ability to adapt to new technology

  • Superior time management and organizational skills; ability to meet deadlines

  • Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities at once

  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with service-oriented mindset

  • Motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
