Posted 3 months ago is looking for a creative and imaginative graphic designer who possesses a passion for live events. The Graphic Designer is responsible for providing support to the marketing department by developing design solutions with high visible impact. You will work on a variety of projects, including digital advertising, social media, website design, mobile app design, corporate identity and other creative tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare images to coincide with social and blog posts
  • Develop imagery and videos for campaigns on advertising channels, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads
  • Conceptualize original website design ideas that enhance user interactions and experiences
  • Develop new and update existing digital assets
  • Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts


  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
  • Please provide link to digital portfolio
  • Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
  • Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
  • Proficiency in basic design programs, including Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Photography and video skills a plus
  • Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified timeframes
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic understanding of the sports and music industries
  • Strong preference towards candidates with an understanding of digital marketing and advertising, and towards candidates who demonstrate that understanding through their portfolio or a cover letter
  • Preference towards candidates with experience using Adobe XD for web design and Google Web Designer for ads
  • Bachelor's Degree and 1-2 years of design experience

The Graphic Designer reports to the Manager – Creative Services as part of the Creative Services Team at S&C. The Graphic Designer creates compelling creative artwork, layouts, and templates for advertising, printed and electronic media, brochures, instructional documentation, corporate presentations and large format pieces. . The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following: * Design and production of graphics, long-form publications, print and digital advertising, marketing collateral and other marketing materials utilizing clean layouts and typography. * Ensures projects are designed within graphic guidelines for brand consistency. * Project manages job from concept to completion with limited supervision. * Prioritizes and efficiently manages day to day work while updating project management tools in union with ongoing jobs. * Works collaboratively with members of Creative Services, Editorial, Product Management and other appropriate parties to develop smart design solutions. * Communicates with team members across departments with ability to look at problems from different points of view. * Effectively translates technical information into clear messaging for non-technical audiences. * Sets clear expectations with customers to define scope, schedule, and goals for projects. * Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and offer solutions, including execution of annual projects and goals. * Draws on past experience and insights of fellow team members to find solutions.
