Entercom's Shared Creative Services team is looking for a Graphic Designer to put their sales and marketing design skills to work, creating top-notch presentations and sales enablement materials that close deals and support company-wide growth efforts. In addition to presentations (PowerPoint), other projects include creating media kits, logos, event packages, mock-ups that help visualize a client idea, newsletters and recaps.
Our talented team partner will support the Ad Sales Marketing team and Corporate Marketing team. We help visually organize complex ideas and information, solve visual challenges, and use layout and design to communicate ideas clearly.
We are looking for someone who is highly skilled at creating modern, eye-catching layouts, and wants to work collaboratively on a great team to get things done while being recognized for the best of what you bring.
You'd be a great candidate if most of the following traits describe you:
Portfolio includes several presentations design samples, with additional samples of logos, sales and marketing pieces, digital banners, and infographics
You are a visual problem solver who can simplify complex information for an audience
Have a marketing mindset -- See design as a communication tool rather than fine art
Big bonus if you're a Photoshop whiz, can write or copyedit, and have some experience in video and/or animation (although this is not a requirement)
Asks questions until the next steps are absolutely clear
You know what to add to the conversation to make the project even better
You keep all teams informed on the status of your projects and respond to requests quickly
Professional and diplomatic
You know how to talk about your work clearly and effectively to sell your concepts
Comfortable with applying process and strategy to design challenges and can clearly articulate a step-by-step approach for coming up with a solution

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field experience
3-5 years of equivalent relevant work experience (in-house or agency marketing or sales department)
Mastery of PPT
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator) OSX
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent self-management skills
Experience working in media or entertainment is a huge plus
