This candidate will design presentations for internal and external clients as well as developing core graphic for collateral materials.
Responsible for thinking creatively to produce new ideas and innovative high quality graphic designs using a wide range of media. Produces visual solutions to the communication needs of clients and marketing team using a mix of creative skills. Ensures efficient work flow process and can work with a team. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in design disciplines. Usually determines own work priorities and acts as resource for colleagues with less experience.
- Advanced understanding of PowerPoint including layout, charts, graphs and animations.
Demonstrates advanced understanding of the creative objectives and needs of internal on-air or off-air client groups.
Leads or participates in the development of design concepts to meet the defined needs of assigned client group(s) within specifications determined by creative or art director.
Leads and/or participates in the development and/or execution of design, artwork and layout solutions for on-air or off-air programs and projects.
Implements solutions with advanced artistry that can be easily redirected by senior staff.
Demonstrates advanced proficiency in and working knowledge of relevant professional concepts and related processes.
Assigns advanced or high-priority projects.
Leads new and innovative projects and initiatives.
Communicate ideas through stunning visuals
Create images that identify a product or convey a message
Work within brand guidelines while keeping the design creative and fresh
Develop graphics and illustrations that can be implemented across print, digital and video
Thinking creatively and developing new design concepts, graphics and layouts
Demonstrable graphic design and typography skills with a strong portfolio
Transform statistical data into visual graphics and diagrams, making complex ideas more accessible
Meet and work closely with clients, marketing team, and Creative Director to determine the scope of a project
Deadline-oriented and maintains high quality standards
Efficient managing deadlines and can easily multi-task
Keep up-to-date on graphic design trends and bring new ideas to the team.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Must be highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
Must be highly skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint
Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
Generally requires 5-7 years related experience
