Graphic Designer

Power Pro Plumbing Heating & Air seeks a creative and organized individual to serve as a dedicated full-time professional Graphic Designer. As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to create eye-catching and effective designs that align with our brand identity and messaging to boost customer engagement and lead generation. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across print and digital platforms, including but not limited to branding, marketing materials, social media graphics, website design, and event coverage. You will be responsible for all aspects of graphic design, from concept development, designing, and distribution.

• Design visual content for print and digital applications that is on brand, reinforces our status and reputation, and is appropriate for our various audiences;

• Design and layout of materials for internal communications and engagement;

• Design and layout of essential business materials (e.g. business cards, presentations, infographics, etc.);

• Work with other members of the marketing team to develop high-quality concepts

• Curate, create, and optimize engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok);

• Capture photos and videos that showcase our products, services, and company culture.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute photo and video shoots.

• Attend marketing and community events to capture content and support brand initiatives.

• Manage timelines and prioritization of workload, and know when to ask for direction;

• Assist team in developing and executing communications plans;

• Provide technical support for design- and video-related efforts;

• Maintain organized content files, and help to organize and archive existing video and graphics files;

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, photography, videography, and social media marketing.

• Collaborate with external vendors, contractors, and freelancers as needed for specialized projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field preferred or equivalent experience.

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (mainly InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, and Photoshop), Microsoft Office, Canva, and G Suite.

• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and more.

• Strong experience in photography and videography

• Effective written and verbal communication skills and high level of attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.

• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

• Good organization skills.
