Our team interacts regularly with research teams and sales groups to produce timely content for our practice's risk managed products and services. These are distributed through a wide range of financial intermediaries by way of multiple communication outlets. Additionally, we advance our brand through the production of all marketing material, ad campaigns, website design, social media presence, and conference/event design-related efforts.
Report directly to the art director to complete a variety of projects.
Design and execute concepts across digital and print mediums in a variety of channels.
Work within the visual brand identity of Milliman FRM, as well as the brand identity for numerous clients/products.
Implement a social media strategy for specific clients and design infographics and posts to relate to publications.
Maintain constant activity on our practice website by continually posting content.
Work with research teams to continuously update existing marketing material.
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Experience in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)

1-3 years of professional work experience with a proven track record of communication skills, interpersonal effectiveness, and personal management skills.
Ability to work in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and XD.
Experience producing key design deliverables and activities such as brand collateral, digital product screens, presentations, videos, data visualizations, illustrations, and packaging.
Sharp critical thinking skills, sound judgment, and the ability to clearly articulate ideas.
An inherent sense of the value of collaboration, with the ability to work independently.
Proven capacity to work in a fast-pace environment where the client is always first.
Capability to multi-task and work within tight deadlines.
Knowledge of financial services industry, specifically: mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, variable insurance trusts, collective investment trusts, and FINRA advertising regulations.
